Restaurant as a Business

A restaurant needs all the regular customers and local ones to keep in business. It is really important to know how to attract more new customers and also to get them to keep coming back. It only takes one simple mistake to chase them away forever, and that's why customer service always comes first.

The 1st few things need to have would be an affordable price, cleanliness, delicious food, and customer service. The other things will be how to get more and more customers; decoration to increase the value, special food and new varieties of food, promotions and hosting different events, discounts and coupons, freebies, and many others that will give a warmness feeling to every single customer.

Let's say it's Valentine's day and there are hundreds of restaurants in the city. What will make the customer to choose to eat in our restaurant from all others?!

  1. I won't try a new restaurant for special days. if sth goes wrong our mood will be ruined! ac ac

    I'll come back where (i know for sure) dishes are tasty, servers are friendly and atmosphere is nice. Oh it will be a plus if they run a promotion like special menus, some kind of deals, live music...

  2. I am thinking of a restaurant that always has different kinds of decoration, in accordance to the holiday and special event.
    When it's Halloween day, it will change to dark and yellowish pumpkin background, with creepy deco. When it's kids day, lots of toys hanging down from the ceiling, and many small cute stickers on the wall. What really impressed me is in Harry Potter movie, first scene in the Hogwarts, where they have the first feast, with candles floating in the air and skies full of stars. It's totally awesome.
    An ever changing mood in the restaurants that customers will look forward to everytime. What do you think?!
