The key to eating a curry is....
1. Curry should be eaten when it's hot, temperature is crucial. Hmm, cold curry won't taste as good.
2. Eat it fast, chew and enjoy it carefully, and possibly with a bit of white hot steamy rice.
3. Curry should have lots of sauce, hmm, slurpy and savory taste envelops all the senses of your tongue, nyummy!
4. Every mouthful when it's delicious, give it 3 nods, as in "I agree, it's delicious!"
Do you ever wonder why Indians nod their head each time they speak. Hehe, it's the power of curry that they eat every day.
5. Take a deep breath and release all those great curry flavors into the air. Curry rocks! kakakaka
