Cabbages by itself is a good supply of fiber to the body but it doesn't have enough nutrients or vitamins needed for our body.
Ever try cabbages, marinated with a bit of vinegar, sugar and salt for taste and spices, plus sesame oil to reduce the raw smell of it and some green onions. It taste good, a delicacy of sweet, sour and spicy.
We all know that the only thing you can eat raw is salad, some vegetables, beef, also fish. If you eat raw chicken, the Salmonella bacteria from the raw meat will harm the body immune system, causing you to vomit, nausea, diarrhea, and to worst case, death.
What happen if raw cabbages is not prepared right?! All kitchen staff should have the proper training on how to handle food, especially raw food. The risk of getting sick from eating food outside is very high because we do not know how they are prepared.
Raw cabbages cut with the same knife uses to cut raw chicken and on the same cutting-board where raw chicken is cut. If the knife is again used to cut a medium well done chicken but not washed clean, and cutting-board not bleached; both will have been contaminated by the bacteria.
So, ever wonder why your well-done chicken, served on top of raw cabbage, still causes your stomach upset and diarrhea?!
Hahah oxa is funny
